Lake Monger Community Shed - News

 Thanks to Keith McGregor for passing on the first photos of today's visit to the Green Head Shed by a dozen or so of our members.

 Construction at the CCS is moving along.  Attached is a short movie of the cement walls being formed and poured... Wall pour video

 At  CCS meeting on 8 September an informal working bee was held to organise the tools and materials that have been generously donated to the shed.  To store the materials, two sea containers have been placed adjacent to the CCS site.  Rob Fredericks has rigged up a cover between the containers that we can use as a temporary work area until the Shed is functional. At the same time as the working bee, the first Cambridge Songfest session was enjoyed by a dozen or so members. Given the advice was that being able to sing was not a pre-requist, it didn't sound too bad and was a lot of fun!
